Role & responsibilities

• Monitoring shop floor operations with respect to cost, reduce deployment, quality compliances, participate in man power planning to ensure timely execution of operations.
• Strengthen the Quality of product by maintaining strong in process Quality Control System & by same way minimized the market complaint.
• Preparation & maintaining complete document system of quality deptt. This is finally forwarded to Corporate QA (Mumbai).
• Effective monitoring of Microbiological analysis from Environment, Contact surface and Hand surface as well as Chemical Analysis of Raw Material, Bulk products and Finished Products, ETP as per Specification.
• Effective monitoring of WWTP of chemical & biological both.
• Providing need base training to shop floor staff wrt. SOP/SSOP/WI & GMP, Good Hygiene practice, Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System to increase competency level of Personnel & to increase productivity.
• Maintaining fine instrument calibration & other operation related gauges etc.
• Investigating root cause analysis of quality deviations and designing their appropriate corrective and preventive action plans. Execution, monitoring and upkeep of documents.
• Successfully implemented & maintaining Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) & Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2005) within the organization & conducting IA under guidance of Head QA.
• Maintaining Plant Hygiene & Sanitation as per guide line of FSS & GHP.
• Maintaining regulatory requirements eg. Food Safety & Standards Act, Rules, Regulations & APEDA etc.
