The objective of MGHF is to provide housing finance and mortgage loans to underserved sections of society and to tap into unreached markets. MGHF is dedicated to democratizing and digitizing financing for home purchases, construction, and small-scale business mortgages with a focus on eco-friendly and sustainable housing solutions. MGHF has ongoing green housing pilot projects in Maharashtra, aiming to offer customers access to technology and eco-friendly building materials, reducing carbon footprints and promoting healthy living spaces. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CA Finance Controller based in Mumbai. The CA Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, performing in-depth financial analysis, managing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. Day-to-day tasks include budget planning, monitoring financial performance, supporting strategic financial decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with other departments to manage financial risks and opportunities. Qualifications Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills in Finance Solid Accounting knowledge and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in financial software and tools Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) are required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site role Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
