You will be a Mice Operation Specialist at Plan my tours, based in New Delhi. Your responsibilities will include managing and executing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions activities. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, oversee project timelines, handle operations management tasks, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills to assess project needs, excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively, experience in sales for business growth, proficiency in operations management for logistical aspects, project management skills for successful execution, and the ability to work on-site in New Delhi. An added advantage would be experience in the travel and tourism industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.,
