Key Responsibilities 1 Social Media Strategy & Planning Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for both in-house brands. Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand goals. 2 Content Creation & Management Ideate, create, and schedule engaging content (images, reels, carousels, stories, and videos) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Collaborate with the design team for creatives and ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetics. 3 Community Management Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly and professionally. Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to build authentic brand relationships. 4 Performance Tracking & Analytics Monitor post-performance, engagement, and follower growth using tools like Meta Business Suite Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports and suggest improvement areas. 5 Campaign Execution Support influencer collaborations and partnerships when required. 6 Trend Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated with platform trends, viral content formats, and algorithm changes. Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for content innovation. Secondary Responsibilities 1 Brand Storytelling Support in developing and maintaining the brand tone across all content formats and communication channels. 2 Cross-Platform Coordination Repurpose content for different social media platforms while maintaining platform-specific best practices. 3 Collaboration Work closely with the SEO and content teams to align social content with blog and website updates. Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1 Engagement Rate Increase engagement rate through quality and consistent posting. 2 Follower Growth Steady and organic follower increase across key platforms. 3 Reach & Impressions Improve post visibility through trend-based and high-performing content. 4 Lead Generation Generate qualified leads or inquiries through strategic campaigns. 5 Brand Consistency Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all social platforms. 6 Reporting Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Executive or Manager.
