This is not a receptionist role – we are looking for someone passionate about calling, following up, and converting leads into booked appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential clients from provided leads. Explain our services, offers, and treatment benefits in a persuasive and confident manner. Qualify leads and set confirmed appointments at the clinic. Maintain accurate data and call notes in our CRM system (GoHighLevel). Follow-up consistently with interested prospects until they convert. Meet weekly and monthly appointment targets. Candidate Requirements: Female candidate below 35 years, based in or near Thane. Must be outgoing, well-spoken, and confident on the phone. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Ability to build rapport and handle objections gracefully. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry. Willingness to grow in a high-performance beauty & aesthetics environment. Why Join Us?
