Role & responsibilities Job Summary: As a Guest Relationship Executive at our wellness studio, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment, managing bookings and inquiries, and ensuring each guest receives a seamless, relaxing experience. Your role is essential in promoting a client-focused culture and maintaining the studios reputation for excellence in wellness and hospitality. --- Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome clients in a friendly, professional manner * Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone, email, or in-person * Provide information about wellness services, packages, and promotions * Maintain a calm and clean front desk environment in line with the studios wellness ambiance * Ensure all client records are accurate, confidential, and up to date * Handle client feedback, queries, and complaints with tact and professionalism * Coordinate with wellness practitioners and therapists to ensure smooth daily operations * Assist with sales of memberships, packages, and wellness products * Process payments and maintain accurate billing records * Support studio events, workshops, and community engagement efforts --- Key Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or front office roles (preferably in wellness, spa, hospitality, or health care) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Well-groomed and professional appearance with a calm, composed demeanor * Familiarity with booking software or CRM systems * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment * Sales and upselling ability preferred * Basic understanding of wellness services and terminology is a plus * Graduate or above; hospitality or wellness-related education is a bonus --- Work Environment: * Calm, health-focused studio environment * Interaction with clients seeking wellness, relaxation, and healing
