Job description : Develop and execute comprehensive annual and long-term marketing plans. Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends. Oversee market research activities. Define target audiences and develop tailored messaging. Establish and monitor marketing KPIs and ROI. Develop and maintain a strong, consistent, and positive hospital brand image. Manage hospital reputation, including online presence and PR. Develop crisis communication plans. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Oversee creation of compelling marketing collateral. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget. Collaborate cross-functionally with medical departments, administration, and business development. Work with sales and business development for new referral sources. Liaise with external agencies and vendors. Contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience. Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethics.
