Looking for a senior architect who is well versed in interior fitout draughting. The candidate must have at least 10+ years of experience in the similar field. Gulf experience will added advantage. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented architectural Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with proficiency in CAD software and a keen eye for accuracy. As a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that designs meet project requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities: Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software. Interpret sketches, specifications, and other documentation to create accurate drawings. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements. Make revisions to drawings as necessary based on feedback and changes to project scope. Ensure that drawings adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain organized documentation and records of drawings and revisions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Draughtsman or similar role. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Degree or diploma in architecture.
