Job Title : Sr. GoAnywhere / MFT Developer Expert
Duration : Longterm project
Start Date : Immediate
Experience : 10+ Years (6+ years in GoAnywhere/MFT)
Location : Bangalore / USA
Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. GoAnywhere / MFT Developer Expert with strong expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, particularly GoAnywhere. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in installation, configuration, administration, and development within GoAnywhere, along with strong troubleshooting and scripting skills.
Responsibilities :

- Architect, install, configure, and administer the GoAnywhere MFT tool.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize GoAnywhere workflows to meet business needs.

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GoAnywhere solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions for MFT-related incidents.

- Automate processes (installation, configuration, maintenance) using scripting languages.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GoAnywhere with enterprise systems.

- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of file transfers across environments.

- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members.
Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.

- 6+ years proven experience as a GoAnywhere/MFT Administrator & Developer.

- Strong experience with GoAnywhere development, installation, configuration, and administration.

- Expertise in scripting for automation (PowerShell, Shell, Python, or similar).

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Knowledge of IIS and Windows Server administration.

- Experience with other MFT tools (Axway, Sterling, MOVEit, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Skills :

- Experience in secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS).

- Familiarity with security standards and compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).

- Exposure to cloud-hosted MFT environments.
