Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaison Manager located in Nagpur. The Liaison Manager will be responsible for coordinating between various departments like NMRDA, NIT offices, local authorities, and RERA consultant to ensure smooth project execution. Daily tasks include handling regulatory approvals, managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Liaison Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with regulatory approvals and legal documentation Knowledge of local laws and compliance requirements Ability to manage relationships with local authorities and clients Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
