This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to successfully manage their team while driving productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management & Supervision Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Allocate tasks effectively, ensuring an even workload distribution. Monitor individual and team performance and provide necessary support. Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage teamwork. 2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Set clear performance metrics and track the team's output against key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular team reviews, appraisals, and performance evaluations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and provide insights to improve processes. Address performance gaps and assist underperforming team members with structured improvement plans. 3. Training & Development Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members. Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training programs. Conduct training sessions to improve technical skills, product knowledge, and soft skills. Create an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. 4. Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Ensure timely completion of tasks without compromising on quality. Identify bottlenecks in processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows. 5. Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving Address team-related conflicts and resolve them professionally. Handle employee grievances fairly and escalate issues when necessary. Make quick, informed decisions during operational challenges. Act as a bridge between management and team members to ensure effective communication. 6. Client & Stakeholder Management Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their expectations. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Manage escalations and resolve client issues efficiently. 7. Employee Engagement & Motivation Encourage and recognize team achievements through rewards and acknowledgment. Create a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Keep the team motivated and committed to organizational goals. Organize team-building activities to strengthen collaboration. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Leadership Skills Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate team members. Strong decision-making and delegation abilities. Capability to manage diverse personalities and maintain harmony within the team. 2. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Technical Skills Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Slack (if applicable).
