This role involves working closely with design, manufacturing, and certification teams to support the development and validation of airframe structures. Key Responsibilities Perform hand calculations and classical stress analysis to support design decisions. Conduct static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis of metallic and composite aerostructures Knowledge of Aircraft Primary & Secondary Structures. Robust understanding of engineering fundamentals such as material properties, Free-body diagrams, loads and, analysis methods Performing structural analysis of aircraft components, assemblies, and systems while working as an integrated team Structural analysis includes calculation of loads, Static analysis, Fatigue analysis and Vibration analysis Develop and validate Finite Element Models (FEM) using tools like NASTRAN, ANSYS, or HyperMesh
