The IT Quality Manager role provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility within the Technology Quality department. You will offer operational and service leadership to a team, applying your in-depth disciplinary knowledge to provide value-added perspectives and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include managing initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, resolving complex issues, identifying process efficiencies, and developing metrics for IT Quality activities. You will also be responsible for managing a quality team, ensuring the motivation and development of team members through professional leadership. Your qualifications should include at least 8 years of experience in an IT Quality role with people management experience, extensive Wealth Management and Treasury products testing experience, and knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Quantum, or FAST. Proficiency in coding languages like Java, C#, or Python is required. Additionally, experience in automation testing team management is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as effective communication and diplomacy skills, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
