Designation - New Business Development Manager Experience - 4 - 5 years Industry - Corporate Furniture; Lighting System; Corporate Flooring; Tiles; Plywood; PMCs. A Design Compnay is looking for experienced and versatile New Business Development personnel who is hungry to grow any business. Our ideal candidate should have past NBD experience in dealing with Architects; PMCs; Facility Managers at corporates - developing and building lasting relationships. Involved in marketing & executing projects across the 4 southern states. He/she should be comfortable travelling in the region; day-to-day marketing activities, as well as developing short & long-term NBD strategies, thriving under pressure; achieve stiff targets; achieve tight deadlines The requisite candidate should have a flare for design & branding. Their business is about understanding people and building awareness about how our products/services amongst our clients. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand inside-out, we want to hear from you. Objectives of this Role Establish & grow contacts with PMC; architects & leading contactors across the 4 southern states . Canvas & pitch for new business. The individual will identify target audiences, and develop a robust marketing plan to win new business with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of projects from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyze & identify business trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Create, maintain, and conduct job reports across markets & multiple channels and report to the senior leaders. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all projects. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Preferred Qualifications Established contacts with PMCs; Architects; Contractors.
