As a Content Coordinator in our team, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to content management, inventory & pricing, campaigns, booking coordination, and achieving performance metrics. Your primary duties will include updating website content, rates, offers, and journey pages in collaboration with the supply team. You will also be in charge of ensuring accurate hotel inventory and pricing updates, working with the SEO team to optimize content, managing promotional campaigns, handling bookings, following up with DMCs for vouchers and invoices, and resolving sold-out issues. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. While freshers are welcome to apply, experience in content management and bookings coordination, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry, would be advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position. Additionally, knowledge of SEO and online booking systems would be considered a plus.
