Requirements: Minimum 6 years experience as a C# Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework. Knowledge of web development frameworks (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).
1. Solid experience working in industrial automation and controls or a similar technical discipline. 2. Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers to understand the scope of work, project deadlines, planning, and execution. 3. Interpret project requirements based on internal specifications, customer specifications, and knowledge of product applications. 4. Conduct detailed field surveys to assess interfaces between new and existing systems. 5. Study, interpret, execute, and modify electrical schematics developed using EPLAN & AutoCAD based on IEC, NFPA standards. 6. Good understanding of industrial automation protocols such as Modbus, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus, and ProfiNet. 7. Perform I/O checking based on PLC Input/Output lists generated as per electrical drawings. 8. Perform program modifications on PLC software using IEC 61131-3 programming languages (Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, Instruction List, Sequential Function Chart). 9. Design, tag, and test automation mimics on HMI / SCADA packages.10. Perform on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of AC/DC drives.11. Configure equipment (PC, VMs, switch, firewall, PLCs, HMIs, CCTV, and supervision stations) for various projects. 12. Write technical notes for correcting PLC programs, HMI/SCADA screens, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and systems. 13. Work with the design office to produce equipment drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, cable interconnection drawings, and interface schedules. 14. Provide technical training to customers and employees when required. 15. Support commissioning (off-site/on-site) for automation projects. 16. Interface with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing, and marketing/sales.
