The candidate should possess strong expertise in production management , takt time , cycle time , manpower management , budgeting , and other key manufacturing processes. Develop, manage, and optimize production plans to meet customer demands and business objectives. Monitor takt time , cycle time , and other key performance metrics to ensure optimal production flow and efficiency. Manage production resources , including manpower, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards. Budgeting and cost management for production operations, identifying areas for cost reduction while maintaining high-quality output. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure smooth production operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality control, supply chain) to resolve production issues and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management to track performance and progress. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment, particularly in speaker, neckband, and TWS product manufacturing . Strong understanding of production management techniques such as takt time , cycle time , and manpower management . Proven experience with budgeting and managing production costs. Expertise in production planning , resource allocation, and process optimization. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems and other production management software. Strong knowledge of quality control and manufacturing standards.
