Senior Sales Executive Noida, Delhi NCR Metaverse 911 is a leader in creating custom AR/VR and immersive technology solutions. We partner with forward-thinking enterprise and mid-market companies to build immersive experiences for exhibitions, training and marketing. We are looking for a sharp, self-sufficient, and ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. This is an opportunity for a professional with 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in exhibition sales or for a creative agency. This role is ideal for a woman who is a natural relationship builder and is driven to succeed in a supportive, high-growth environment. Your primary focus will be on securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers across the Delhi NCR region. This is not a high-volume, low-quality call center role. We believe in a consultative approach, where you will be empowered to build genuine relationships and uncover the challenges that can be solved by immersive tech. You will be assisted by a data team to identify key prospects, but you will have to be articulate enough in your communication to ensure you get the right data to succeed.

What You'll Do Conduct in-depth research on mid-to-large companies in Manufacturing, Pharma, and Defence sectors participating in exhibitions domestically and internationally to identify relevant use cases for immersive technologies. Identify and reach out to key decision-makers such as CEOs, Directors, and Marketing Heads. Make 20 high-quality outbound B2B calls daily, focused on pitching customized XR/AR/VR/Metaverse solutions aligned with the prospect's industry and needs. Drive consultative conversations that highlight how immersive technologies can solve real business challenges. Set up a minimum of 7 qualified meetings per week for the sales team with interested and relevant decision-makers. Keep the CRM updated with lead research, call notes, meeting status, and follow-up actions. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: Proven experience in sales generation, inside sales, or business development (B2B). Excellent communication & relationship-building skills. A strong interest or basic understanding of immersive technologies like XR, VR, AR, and the Metaverse. Persistence, curiosity, and the ability to uncover business needs in complex industries.
