We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, build and nurture business relationships, and execute effective sales strategies. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients to achieve business objectives. Locations: Ahmedabad | Pune | Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Delhi Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Growth Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and retail partners within the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth. Conduct regular market visits to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. 2. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and institutional clients. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Support in pricing negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales follow-up. 3. Market Expansion & Brand Visibility Assist in the launch and promotion of new products in target markets. Ensure visibility and placement of branding materials at retail and corporate outlets. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making. 4. Field Sales Execution & Reporting Conduct daily field visits to ensure sales plan execution and customer engagement. Gather and report market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback. Maintain up-to-date records of sales performance and client interactions in CRM tools. 5. Promotional Activities & Trade Engagement Support promotional campaigns, trade activations, and retailer incentive programs. Coordinate product sampling events and in-store branding initiatives. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement trade marketing plans effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, packaged drinking water, or beverage industries . Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for client meetings and market visits.
