Job Details:

Pay: 18,000 to 22,000 per month

Location: No.1, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumdivakkam, Chennai – 600044

Job Description:

1. Operate metallizing and thermal spray coating equipment.

2. Prepare and clean surfaces prior to metallizing (blasting, masking, etc.).

3. Apply thermal spray coatings (Zinc, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, etc.) as per job specifications.

4. Ensure coating thickness, adhesion, and surface finish meets quality standards.

5. Maintain metallizing guns, wires, gases, and related consumables.

6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

7. Conduct routine inspections of coated parts to ensure quality compliance.

8. Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.

9. Maintain production records and report daily activities to the supervisor.

10. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
