Job Description - - Female - HR Executive Job Overview: Opportunity to join India’s First online platform “MetaBranding” custom Branding Solution with Manufacturing Facility. We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a proactive and dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to lead and shape all aspects of our HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, employee policy updates, social activities, performance management, and exit formalities. This position offers a platform to leverage and enhance your communication skills, critical thinking, empathy, and learning aptitude while making a significant impact on our organisation's growth and culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Processing: - Accurately maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary disbursements. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits. 2. Recruitment: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding. - Use a data-driven approach to assess candidate suitability and make informed hiring decisions. 3. Onboarding Process: - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture. - Provide necessary training and support to new hires during their probationary period. 4. Employee Policy Management: - Update and communicate employee policies in line with the Employee Act and Labour Act. - Ensure that all HR policies are compliant with current legislation and industry standards. 5. Social Activities Management: - Organise and manage social activities, such as birthday celebrations and festival events, to foster a positive work environment. 6. Performance Calculation for Awards & Rewards: - Develop and implement performance evaluation processes. - Manage the awards and rewards program to recognize outstanding employee performance. 7. Exit Formalities: - Handle exit interviews and formalities to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees. - Manage all documentation and final settlements for existing employees. 8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): -Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various HR processes. -Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and reflect best practices in the industry. 9.Training Allocation: -Identify training needs and allocate appropriate training programs for employees. -Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
