Meta Ads Specialist

As a Meta Ads Specialist at our Coimbatore location, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. You should possess hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on these platforms, with a solid understanding of Google Ads as well. Your role will involve strategic thinking, creative testing, and performance tracking to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires you to collaborate with various teams to ensure campaign success. Your responsibilities will include conducting A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to enhance performance, tracking and analyzing campaign metrics, generating reports, and deriving actionable insights. You will be expected to monitor ad spend, optimize campaigns for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and ensure budget alignment. Additionally, staying updated on Meta and Google Ads policy changes and algorithm updates is crucial. You may also need to support and manage Google Ads campaigns when required, including Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and a working knowledge of Google Ads, particularly in Search & Display campaigns. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. A good grasp of audience targeting, funnel strategies, and remarketing is also necessary. The ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and achieve performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is important. A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
