Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Professional specializing in Export–Import at Mestizo. The role is based in Kochi. The individual will oversee financial processes related to export-import operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing and tracking transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities also include handling accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient financial management. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders is expected to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial processes. Key Responsibilities Handling GST filing, compliance, and returns Preparing and managing export invoices as per international standards Managing bank documentation for export transactions Coordinating LC, TT, and forex processes with banks Maintaining monthly accounts , reconciliation, and financial statements Supporting audits, statutory requirements, and internal reporting Coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and management for smooth operations 🎯 What We’re Looking For Strong experience in finance & accounting (export documentation experience is a plus) Solid understanding of GST, banking, forex, and compliance Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility Strong communication and organizational skills
