Product Manager – SaaS Platform (Message Central) https://www.messagecentral.com/en-in Location: Gurgaon [5 days WFO] Experience: 2–4 years Full-Time | Product Team About Message Central Message Central is a fast-growing CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) company enabling businesses to deliver seamless customer communication via SMS , WhatsApp , RCS , and more. We are on a mission to make messaging infrastructure scalable, reliable, and developer friendly. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager – CPaaS to lead the development and scaling of our communications platform offerings, including messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS), voice, email, and real-time APIs. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market, working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. What You'll Own 🔹 Product Strategy & Roadmap Align product goals with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes Define and own the CPaaS product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs Drive product discovery and development for messaging APIs (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS), voice, email, and video 🔹 Market & Competitive Research Stay up to date with global trends in CPaaS and SaaS Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation🔹 Agile Process Ownership Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Act as Scrum Master and drive daily stand-ups to keep the team aligned and unblocked 🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs for engineering teams Work with marketing and sales to craft compelling product positioning, GTM strategies, and enablement materials 🔹 Customer & User Insights Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions Use insights to improve onboarding, usability, and feature relevance 🔹 Product Analytics Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel to analyze user behavior Drive data-informed decision-making for feature iteration and prioritization · Define key metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on customer feedback and data · Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in messaging and communication services across regions · Lead partner integrations with carriers, OTT channels (Meta, Google), and third-party service providers · Advocate for the voice of the customer through structured feedback loops and engagement 🔹 Documentation & Enablement Create detailed product and API documentation Prepare internal training materials and customer-facing feature explainers 🔹 Domain Expertise in CPaaS Gain deep understanding of communication technologies like SMS , WhatsApp Business API , RCS , and fallback flows Collaborate with tech leads to deliver scalable messaging products What You Bring/Key Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or developer tool company Experience working closely with engineering teams Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in product analytics tools Ability to simplify complex problems and build customer-centric solutions Ownership mindset with a bias for action Experience working with cloud communications platforms like Twilio, Gupshup, Infobip, or Route Mobile is a plus Proven ability to define product vision, write product specs, and drive execution Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus Why Join Us? ✨ Opportunity to lead product strategy in a high-growth, developer-focused platform 🚀 High ownership, zero bureaucracy environment 🌏 Work with a global, ambitious, and collaborative team 📈 Shape the future of communication at scale
