3D Design Department (1 Position Available) Role: 2D Concept Artist Salary / Remuneration : INR 8K to 10K per month Responsibilities: Design and illustrate detailed concepts for characters and props, considering functionality, aesthetics, and storytelling elements. Develop multiple views (front, side, back) and expression sheets to guide 3D modellers and animators. Collaborate closely with the Art Director, game designers, and other artists to ensure consistency and quality across all assets. Translate high-level ideas into production-ready concept art that aligns with the game's style and narrative. Participate in feedback sessions, iterating on designs based on team input and project needs. Maintain organized documentation and asset libraries for easy reference and use by the development team. Requirements: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. Proven experience as a concept artist in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing character and prop designs. Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, and design principles. Ability to create designs that are both visually compelling and technically feasible for 3D modeling Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, ZBrush) is a plus. 3D Design Department (5 Positions Available) Role: 3D Character Designer Salary / Remuneration : INR 15K per month Key Responsibility: Create high-quality 3D character models based on concept art and design briefs. Utilize Autodesk Maya and ZBrush for modeling and sculpting characters with accurate anatomy and topology. Develop detailed textures using Substance Painter and Adobe Photoshop , adhering to PBR workflows. Ensure models are optimized for performance in game engines and animation pipelines. Collaborate with riggers and animators to ensure models are ready for animation. Have basic knowledge of Blender and experience with game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity.
