The scope of Supply Chain solutions is extensive, and this role will play a part in shaping multi-year implementation programs within the Manufacturing and Quality (M&Q) IDS organization. As an MES Engineer/Analyst/Developer within the Dedicated Manufacturing & Quality Information Digital Solutions (M&Q IDS) team at Lilly, you will be an integral part of the Global API MES Team. This team is focused on delivering and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems by promoting the standardization of business processes and common Syncade modules to enhance manufacturing sites" performance. Your key objectives and responsibilities will include configuring and deploying MES software applications and systems, managing the development of production recipes, overseeing Manufacturing Execution Systems and Process Data Historians Implementation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting, validating new systems and changes, developing and reviewing SOPs, and ensuring common processes across sites. The basic requirements for this role include 5-8 years of Syncade and PMX (or other MES) experience or relevant manufacturing experience, knowledge of S95 Architecture Model, awareness of Manufacturing IT applications, and understanding security and quality requirements. An engineering or related field education is required, along with additional preferences such as understanding of S88 Standard & control system, technical exposure to Syncade, and strong technical skills in T-SQL programming language, VB script, C#, Microsoft Server, and SQL Server DBMS management.
