Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with customers to tailor MES Solutions for their requirements across MES Greenfield, Brownfield and modernization engagements
• Advice customers on their MES Transformation roadmap aligning to business priorities
• Work with the CoE team to execute Transformation assessments, product selection workshops and current state evaluations for customers
• Understand detailed manufacturing process steps, products, resources to propose the optimal MES configurations
• Provide functional and technical expertise to Pre-sales & sales teams to position Manufacturing IT services to TCS customers in the mentioned domains
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the customer business processes in various stages like requirement, gathering, design and validation
• Conduct proactive research and analysis of latest innovations in the Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing Domains
• Collaborate with CoE team to identify process improvement opportunities using MES Systems
• Collaborate with CoE to create functional and domain assets, case studies and offerings for different customer segments.
• The roles require occasional travel for consulting engagements, workshops and customer site-visits
• The candidate is expected to spend 25% of the time in supporting pre-sales/sales teams for proactive or reactive opportunity pursuits

Profile Requirement:

• At least 5+ Years of experience in any of the following MES Products is mandatory Siemens Opcenter, Critical Manufacturing, Applied Materials FAB300/PROMIS, IBM SiView
• B. Tech/M-Tech in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or any other core Industrial streams like Applied Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering etc.
• B-Tech + MBA with aligning experience can be considered
• Understanding of Electronics/Semiconductor Manufacturing Domain is an added advantage
• Understanding of other MES & Manufacturing Systems is an added advantage
• Previous experience of supporting RFPs/RFQs/RFPs is an added advantage
• Strong Communication skills is a must as this is a customer facing role
• Should be a string Individual contributor with minimal dependency
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
