Hiring Title: Interior Designer 1. Job Tasks (Responsibilities) • Project Design & Delivery o Take ownership of design projects from sales team handover to execution. o Create customized mood boards, detailed design presentations, and material selections. o Ensure timely KOC (Kick-o Call) to sign o within planned timelines. • Client Engagement o Conduct a minimum of 3 site visits per project and submit site reports. o Collect structured client feedback at major project milestones. o Manage escalations proactively and maintain professional communication. • Project Documentation & Handover o Maintain complete project files (KOC forms, design presentations, cutlists, handover forms). o Share MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), site masking documents, and milestone updates in project groups. o Ensure smooth handover to execution teams with proper documentation. • Design Quality & Brand Contribution o Use Cohoom (or relevant design tools) for detailed drawings. o Prepare cutlists within 48 hours of queries. o Support content and marketing with design visuals, site videos, and photoshoots. • Business Contribution o Influence revenue through upselling (curtains, wallpaper, appliances). o Collect referrals from clients post-project. o Contribute to portfolio projects, caf designs, and R&D initiatives.
