Role Overview: You will join Sundew, a digital transformation pioneer with a 17-year legacy, as a Technology Lead in MERN Stack. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, driving technology strategies, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a talented team of developers, providing technical guidance and driving technology strategies for MERN Stack projects - Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations - Implement a microservices-based model in product development and realize multi-tenant architecture for SAAS products - Engage hands-on in coding and development using MERN Stack, conduct regular code reviews, and uphold code quality - Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in MERN Stack development - Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js - In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and SAAS product development - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker - Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure Note: Sundew is an equal opportunity employer, encouraging candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
