Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
full-stack web applications
using the MERN stack.
Build
responsive and interactive UI components
with React.js.
Develop and optimize
RESTful APIs
using Node.js and Express.js.
Work with
MongoDB
for schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
Integrate third-party APIs, services, and libraries into applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, DevOps) for end-to-end delivery.
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Participate in
code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience in
MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
.
Experience with
state management libraries
(Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with
REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
.
Proficiency in
MongoDB aggregation, indexing, and performance tuning
.
Knowledge of
Git/GitHub
and version control workflows.
Familiarity with
cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
