MERN Stack Developer (Integration & API Specialist) Location: Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing startup building a state-of-the-art platform integrated solutions spanning customer wallets, sales partner management, service provider management, payment gateways, CRM platforms, helpdesk systems, dispatch & fleet management, and automated communications. Our core tech stack includes Next.js (React), Node.js, Express.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and Socket.io. As our Integration & API Specialist, you'll ensure seamless, secure, and scalable connectivity across these services playing a pivotal role in shaping our high-performance platform. Key Responsibilities 1. API Development & Integration Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Integrate multiple payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) and external tools (CRM, helpdesk, dispatch/fleet management, incident/case tracking). Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience. 2. Full-Stack Implementation Frontend: Build interactive, responsive interfaces with Next.js (React) for dashboards, partner portals, and service provider modules. Backend: Manage server-side logic, authentication (JWT/Session-based), and real-time updates via Socket.io. Database: Leverage Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning. 3. Performance & Security Optimize API endpoints for high-volume traffic e.g., payment transactions, dispatch calls and other intensive operations. Enforce data protection, encryption, and error handling across integrations. 4. SaaS Evaluation & Microservices Continuously assess and recommend new tools or SaaS platforms (e.g., AI-driven communications, advanced helpdesk) for potential integration. Contribute in designing microservices to maintain a modular, scalable architecture. 5. Testing & Quality Assurance Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability of third-party connections. Collaborate with QA or use automated testing frameworks to ensure end-to-end coverage. 6. Startup Mindset Versatility: Handle tasks ranging from quick bug fixes to complex debugging. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, HR) to deliver features that drive business growth. Agility: Embrace rapid iteration and continuous improvement in a dynamic startup setting. Qualifications 1-4 years of hands-on experience with React (Next.js), Node.js, Express.js, and relational databases (Supabase/PostgreSQL preferred). Proven track record integrating multiple payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) and other third-party APIs (CRM, helpdesk, dispatch/fleet). Familiarity with Socket.io (or WebSockets) for real-time data flows. Strong grasp of JWT/Session-based authentication and security best practices. Proficiency in Git and agile workflows, with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with Supabase.js for authentication or data management. Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with microservices architecture or container orchestration.
