We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front End Lead with a solid background in MERN and MEAN Stack technologies to become part of our team in Chennai. As the Application Front End Lead, you will be responsible for leading front-end development projects. The ideal candidate should possess 6 to 12 years of relevant experience and will be based in Chennai, working onsite at our office located at Hexaware Technologies Pvt Ltd, H-5, SIPCOT IT Park, Post, Navalur, Siruseri, Tamil Nadu 603103. Key Skills Required: - Demonstrated expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Proficient in MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). - Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design principles. - Proficiency in integrating and working with RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools is advantageous. - Strong capabilities in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Compensation Details: - For 6 to 9 Years of Experience: Up to 18.5 LPA - For 9 to 12 Years of Experience: Up to 22 LPA We offer a flexible notice period, welcoming both immediate joiners and candidates with up to 90 days notice period.
