Our IOT product, which was launched by the Honorable Prime Minister, received high appreciation from him. We are in the process of building a small but dynamic tech team and are currently seeking a smart and talented Tech Lead to join us immediately. The ideal candidate should possess strong coding skills, server administration expertise, and a good understanding of Javascript, particularly Node.js. Alternatively, experience in QA or server administration domain is acceptable. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in setting the technical vision and strategy for the company. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the technology development plan aligns with the business goals. You will oversee the timely delivery of high-quality software from the engineering teams, maintain the security, scalability, and performance of the overall technology infrastructure, and manage the recruitment, retention, and growth of technical talent. The successful candidate will be part of a small team that is expected to expand significantly after a successful fundraise. You should be open to the possibility of relocating abroad to establish a base, as required. Salary: Up to Rs 12 Lacs, with a potential hike post fundraise. The work schedule is 5 days a week, and the location is Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
