As a profitable and tax-free organization, we pride ourselves on the success of our IOT product, which was launched by the Honorable Prime Minister and received high praise. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong coding skills, server administration expertise, and knowledge of Javascript - specifically Node JS. Alternatively, experience in QA or server administration domains will also be considered. You will be an integral part of a small team that is expected to expand significantly following a successful fund raise. Key responsibilities of this position include setting the technical vision and strategy to align with business objectives, overseeing the timely delivery of high-quality software, maintaining the security, scalability, and performance of our technology infrastructure, and managing the recruitment, retention, and professional growth of technical talent. In addition to the exciting challenges of this role, the selected candidate must be open to the possibility of relocating abroad to establish a base. The salary offered for this position is up to Rs 12 Lacs, with the potential for a salary hike post fund raise. The work schedule is set at 5 days a week, and the location is Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
