The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a stockbroking environment or working with brokers, and the ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities: Drive immediate recruitment across multiple roles and business units. Manage full employee lifecycle — onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and retention. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational culture. Handle payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and grievance resolution. Strengthen team engagement and promote a positive, performance-driven work culture. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in HR, preferably within the broking or financial services sector. Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup.
