About the job: Job Title: Education loan executive Location: Jaipur Department: Operations/Finance Employment Type: Full-Time Job overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented education loan executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between students and partner banks, assisting students in securing education loans, and ensuring a smooth and timely process from inquiry to disbursement. Key responsibilities: 1. Contact students from the provided database to introduce and explain education loan offerings. 2. Guide students and parents through the complete loan process, addressing queries and concerns. 3. Collect, verify, and organize necessary documents from students for loan applications. 4. Coordinate and forward required documents to partner banks in a timely manner. 5. Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with students and banks to ensure smooth processing. 6. Track application progress and provide updates to students until loan disbursement. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions. Prepare daily/weekly reports on loan inquiries, applications, and closures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Hindi preferred). 2. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. 3. Good understanding of documentation and compliance requirements. 4. Sales or customer service orientation with the ability to handle objections positively. 5. Basic knowledge of financial products, especially education loans, will be an advantage. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. 7. Candidates good at sales and have good communication. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred). 2. Prior experience in loan processing, sales, banking, or customer service will be an added advantage. 3. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
