Job Overview: We are a growing construction company looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations along with key administrative and HR responsibilities . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally , ERP systems , and construction-related accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and ERP software . Handle project-wise accounting , expense tracking, and cost allocation. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash. Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and statutory returns . Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements . Coordinate with project managers for site expense tracking and vendor billing . Support audit and compliance requirements. Administrative Duties Oversee office administration, including procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination. Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and project correspondence. Monitor company assets, logistics, and office maintenance activities. Human Resources Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws. Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and leave management . Support HR communication and employee engagement initiatives. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (construction industry preferred). Proficient in Tally , ERP systems , and MS Office (especially Excel) . Good knowledge of taxation, project accounting, and compliance . Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to coordinate between site, office, and vendors effectively.
