As a Visual Merchandiser at The Chennai Silks, your main objectives will include creating creative visual merchandising strategies to achieve company goals such as increasing footfall, raising brand awareness, and driving sales conversions. You will be responsible for curating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers through effective visual displays. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing innovative merchandising campaigns while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and utilizing visual merchandising principles to meet set targets. To excel in this role, you will need to drive sales targets and enhance profitability through strategic design and visual merchandising techniques.
