About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Create eye-catching artwork for products like apparel, mugs, stickers using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator 2. Develop marketing assets such as social media graphics, email banners, and website visuals aligned with campaign goals 3. Ensure all designs follow brand style guidelines and maintain brand voice and aesthetic across mediums 4. Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and merchandising teams to brainstorm and deliver cohesive visual solutions 5. Pitch, sketch, prototype, and iterate on designs from concept to final execution 6. Adapt visuals for both digital formats such as web, email, and social media, and print formats such as packaging and displays 7. Stay updated on design and merchandise trends and incorporate relevant techniques and styles 8. Participate in design meetings, provide feedback, and support team projects 9.
