The Telecaller Sales Executive will be responsible for daily telephone interactions with potential and existing customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales leads. This role includes managing customer questions and concerns, maintaining records of call conversations, and following up on sales inquiries. Additionally, the Telecaller Sales Executive will collaborate with the sales team to achieve target goals and contribute to overall sales strategy. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers over the phone Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Friendly and persuasive tone of speech Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
