Job Title: MEP Technician

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor/ Maintenance Incharge

Job Summary:

The MEP Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility. The role ensures smooth operations of critical infrastructure and supports preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, etc.)
• Check and calibrate mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, motors)
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions promptly

Electrical:

• Perform electrical installations and repairs (lighting, switches, DBs, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels and equipment
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
• Respond to power outages and circuit issues

Plumbing:

• Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems
• Fix leaks, replace faulty fixtures, and ensure water system efficiency
• Maintain water heaters, pumps, and plumbing valves

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
