MEP Manager (Execution)

You will be responsible for planning and supervising MEP system installations to ensure that the work is completed within the specified time frame, budget, and in compliance with project requirements. Your role will involve overseeing and ensuring the quality of MEP installations. Your skills and knowledge should include: - Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments - Familiarity with HVAC design systems - Proficiency in electrical load calculation - Coordinating plumbing activities - Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) - Experience in contract negotiation - Understanding of quality control standards This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
