Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for housing projects.
Review and implement design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and lift systems.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight risks or delays.
Verify contractor bills, variations, and assist in cost control of MEP works.
Ensure timely handover of services for finishing works and project completion.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of residential MEP systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project/Primavera.
Understanding of energy efficiency & sustainable practices.
Problem-solving, coordination & leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
