MEP Engineer - Pune

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the basic design concept of Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, and Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial buildings. You will need to comprehend the design-built drawing, critical study in terms of value engineering, techno-commercial aspect, maintenance, Electricity act, and NBC. Your key responsibilities will include: - Studying the BOQ, Tender, and providing comments for Vendor finalization. - Managing vendors from kick-off meeting till project handover, including day-to-day management, resource management, and schedule management. - Resolving all site issues by coordinating with stakeholders such as Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, quality team, etc. - Communicating with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC, and MPCB as needed. - Focusing on cost-effective and innovative solutions, with a digital acumen. - Demonstrating motivation to grow within the organization, share knowledge with colleagues, and help subordinates advance. - Capable of independent billing and audit.
