MEP Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Facility Manager with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and office interiors . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising interior fit-out projects, ensuring smooth coordination between civil and MEP services. Key Responsibilities: 1. MEP Coordination: Collaborate with MEP engineers to integrate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Review MEP designs and ensure compliance with local building codes. Troubleshoot issues related to MEP installations and suggest corrective actions. 2. Project Management & Execution: Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors for timely project delivery. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. 3. Office Interiors & Fit-Outs: Manage the installation of furniture, lighting, and modular setups. Ensure optimal space planning and ergonomic design solutions. Conduct post-completion inspections and handle defect rectifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. [7+] years of experience in MEP coordination, and office interiors . Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera is a plus. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and material specifications . Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial office fit-out projects. Knowledge of sustainable building materials and energy-efficient solutions. Good Communication.
