Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and implement electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, HVAC controls, etc.).
Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for electrical works.
Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and civil teams to ensure integrated MEP solutions.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems at site.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-installation.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for material approvals and inspections.
Prepare progress reports and assist in project scheduling.

Requirements

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
7+ years of experience in MEP electrical works within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
