MEP Draughtsman

Job Description: You should have knowledge of schematic diagrams for piping, ducting, and plumbing works. Your responsibilities will include preparation of Material Take-Off (MTO) for the entire building related to MEP works. Additionally, you should be able to read and extract necessary details for the preparation of detailed drawings, layouts, plans, sections, etc. in AutoCAD. It is crucial to ensure error-free preparation of drawings strictly as per specifications and within provided timelines. You should also have the ability to understand Architectural, Civil, and E&I drawings for clash-free coordination. Validation of suppliers" technical specifications and drawings will also be a part of your role.
