MEP-BIM MODELER

Role Overview: As a Design Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to build 3D BIM models of MEP services using Autodesk Revit. You will also be required to prepare design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams. Additionally, you will need to prepare schedules and sheet lists, develop and apply Revit Templates, and collaborate with other disciplines to address design challenges. It is essential to adhere to the schedule and follow BIM content standards and development procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Build 3D BIM models of MEP services using Autodesk Revit - Prepare design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams - Prepare schedules and sheet lists - Develop and apply Revit Templates - Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges - Adhere to the schedule and follow BIM content standards and development procedures Qualifications Required: - UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical - Minimum 3-5 years of experience - Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in the construction or architectural industry - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD - Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Additional Details: The company offers Provident Fund benefits.
