Job Description

You are looking for a Sr. Product Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to be a part of your dynamic team. If you have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Mendix and potentially experience in Life and Annuities Insurance, this role might be perfect for you. This hybrid position involves working during regular day shifts without the need for travel. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Mendix. You will collaborate with various teams to define, design, and implement new features. It is crucial to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, while also contributing to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation. Participation in code reviews to provide constructive feedback to peers is expected. Keeping abreast of the latest Mendix versions will be important to keep applications current and competitive. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Mendix, working knowledge in Java, a strong grasp of software development principles and methodologies, familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and proficiency in web and mobile application development. Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Certifications required for this position include a Certified Mendix Advanced Developer Certification and a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.,
