You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of club events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits. You will develop an annual activity calendar and track progress. As the point of contact, you will liaise between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members. It will be your duty to document meeting minutes, follow up on agreed points, and ensure their execution. Team management will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will delegate, monitor, and evaluate specific responsibilities of the team. Ensuring staff compliance with the uniform policy and managing disciplinary actions when necessary will also fall under your purview. In terms of budget and resource management, you will assist in handling club budgets, sponsorships, and resource allocation for events. Coordination with management for approvals or procurement will be essential. Your focus on membership engagement will involve delivering exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff. Health, safety, and compliance will be paramount. You must ensure the fitness club operates in compliance with health regulations, implement safety procedures, oversee maintenance needs, and coordinate staff training in CPR/First Aid. Creating a secure and professional environment at all times is crucial. Program and event planning will require strategic coordination of fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events. Collaborating with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings that enhance the member experience will be a key responsibility. Monitoring attendance and feedback to refine programming and ensuring alignment with the club's vision and member expectations will be essential. Lastly, your role will involve maintaining documentation of all club activities for audit and reporting purposes. Providing regular updates to various stakeholders such as the club president, property coordinator, managing committee, and Ileseum Clubs management will be part of your routine tasks.,
